Description
Spring and fall migration brings hundreds of species of birds through my hometown of Ottawa, including a large variety of warblers. One late summer morning I spotted a number of Cape May warblers foraging on insets in some pine and spruce trees. This one was diligently working to pull out moths that were caught in some webs on one of the branches.
